RNLI COLLEGE AND ALL WEATHER LIFEBOAT CENTRE

A summer visit to Poole Harbour to take in a tour showing the training undertaken by volunteer lifeboat crews and a simulator to experience being in a lifeboat in very rough conditions.
This will be followed by a tour of the all-weather lifeboat centre boat-building factory showing how lifeboats are made and repaired.

Programme:

0900   Coach pick up from the Beeches Car Park
          Journey to include short comfort stop possibly at Taunton

11:30   Arrive in Poole - Free time in Poole and time to find your own lunch

14.30   College Discovery Tour and simulator

16.30   All Weather Lifeboat Centre Tour

17.45   Coach pick up and return to Cirencester

20:20   Estimated arrival time at the Beeches
